"Easy to Order, Just a Little Slow at Checkout"
Ordering was straightforward overall, and I didn’t really have any issues finding what I needed. The only thing is that checkout lagged a bit, so it took longer than expected. Still, it was simple enough, and I’d recommend it if you don’t mind waiting a minute at the end.

"They had a really nice range..."
They had a really nice range of teas, more flavours than I expected, and I ended up finding a few new ones I wanted to try. The prices are a bit on the high side, but the variety is definitely a plus. The only thing that bothered me was that when I had a question, I felt a little dismissed, like they didn’t really have time for me. Still, the tea selection itself is solid...

"Fresh-tasting tea with really nice flavour"
I’ve been working my way through a few teapigs teas and I’ve genuinely been impressed with how fresh they taste. The peppermint has been my favourite so far, it’s properly minty but doesn’t have that artificial taste some mint teas can have. I also tried the chai and really enjoyed the gentle spice in it. It is a bit pricier than regular supermarket tea, but from my experience the flavour makes it feel worth paying a little extra

I had to get in touch with Teapigs cause one box was missing from my order. They got back to me the next day and sorted it out without any fuss, which was nice. Would of been 5 stars if the first reply came a bit quicker, but overall good experience.

"Fresh tea that smells amazing"
I ordered a few teas from teapigs.com. They arrived in good shape. The bags felt fresh as soon as I opened them. Not stale like some supermarket teas can be.
The smell is the best part for me. The mint and chai were especially nice while brewing. Delivery was a little slower than I hoped. But the tea itself is lovely

I was genuinely pleased with how my order showed up. The box was tidy, there wasn’t a bunch of unnecessary plastic, and everything felt straightforward to recycle. I’m a bit particular about packaging and waste, so I appreciated that the tea bags and materials seemed well thought out without them making a big deal of it. Simple, clean, and the kind of thing I like to see from a brand

"Tea’s okay, just not wow"
I’ve tried a few of the flavours and some are nice, but a couple tasted kinda weak to me. The quality seems fine overall, no big complaints there, I just expected a bit more for the price tbh. Not bad, just not amazingg.

I liked the tea and thought the flavor was good, but compared to what most people probably expect to pay for everyday tea, it feels a little pricey. I’d say it’s worth grabbing when it’s on sale.

"Wait, how did it get here so fast?"
I ordered my tea and got a bit confused when it showed up so quickly. I was expecting to wait longer, but there it was. Everything was packed fine, no issues or anything. Happy with the service overall.
